How Soundbox Supports International Projects

International office pod projects require clear responsibility from enquiry through handover. Soundbox’s support process begins with the project location, intended use, quantity, floor plan and programme.

Product selection and documentation

The team identifies relevant models and provides current drawings, options and available test or compliance documents for the destination market. The project’s responsible professionals confirm local requirements and suitability.

Quotation and logistics

Quotations should state currency, validity, Incoterm where relevant, product configuration, freight, tax basis, installation and exclusions.

Before order confirmation, review the model, size, finishes, furniture, electrical specification, accessories, quantities and approved drawings. Record any project-specific changes in the final order documents.

Confirm responsibility for customs documentation, import clearance, duties, taxes and delivery from the arrival point to the project site.

Before shipment, the customer and delivery team review access, storage and site readiness.

Installation and handover

Responsibilities for assembly, electrical connection, commissioning and waste removal are agreed before delivery. Handover includes operating, cleaning, warranty and service information.

For a service request, provide the order reference, product model, serial number where available, installation location, issue description and supporting photos or video.

Regional contacts

Soundbox has regional contacts in the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan and Hong Kong. Contact the relevant team with the project country, city, intended use, quantity and target delivery date to confirm product availability, delivery arrangements, installation options and after-sales support for that location.
