Soundbox at ORGATEC TOKYO 2025
Soundbox exhibited at ORGATEC TOKYO 2025 at Tokyo Big Sight from 3 to 5 June 2025 (Stand: S1-B16). The event brought together workplace strategists, facility leaders and design professionals exploring how offices are changing across Japan.
The Soundbox team discussed enclosed spaces for private calls, concentrated individual work and small meetings. Discussions with visitors highlighted key local priorities, including speech privacy for bilingual teams, ventilation in high-density offices, and integration with existing IT and booking systems.
As Japan’s office market rebalances toward quiet focus zones alongside collaborative open areas, pods offer a practical step for landlords and tenants testing new workplace standards without permanent build-outs.
