Soundbox 2025 Exhibition Review
In 2025, Soundbox met architects, workplace designers, dealers and project teams at exhibitions in China, Australia, the United States and Japan. These events gave our team a practical view of the questions buyers ask when they compare acoustic pods for offices and shared buildings.
Guangzhou: CIFF and the Canton Fair
Soundbox exhibited at the China International Furniture Fair in Guangzhou from 28 to 31 March 2025 at Booth S5. 2B28. The team then returned to the China Import and Export Fair Complex in April for the 137th Canton Fair, exhibiting at Booth 11.3G06-07.
Conversations at both events focused on space planning, pod capacity, ventilation, finishes and the information project teams need before installation. The events also gave visitors an opportunity to inspect product construction and discuss applications with the Soundbox team.
Sydney Build
Soundbox Australia took part in Sydney Build at ICC Sydney on 7 and 8 May 2025, exhibiting at Booth R7 in Hall 2. Visitors discussed the use of enclosed workspaces in offices and other shared environments where private calls and focused work are difficult to accommodate.
NeoCon in Chicago
NeoCon took place at THE MART in Chicago from 9 to 11 June 2025. Soundbox used the event to speak with commercial-interiors professionals about specifying modular acoustic spaces within workplace projects.
ORGATEC Tokyo
The 2025 exhibition programme also included ORGATEC TOKYO at Tokyo Big Sight. Discussions covered compact workplace layouts, individual focus space and small meeting areas.
What we learned
Across the events, buyers repeatedly asked for clear, comparable information: external dimensions, internal capacity, access requirements, electrical requirements, ventilation, finish options, installation sequence and model-specific acoustic test evidence. Soundbox will use these questions to improve product documentation and project support.
